Multilayer EVOH Oxygen Barrier Pipe Production Line
Below pipe extrusion machine is used to produce 5 layer PERT pipes with EVOH oxygen barrier layer. This oxygen barrier pipe can effectively prevent oxygen permeating into the heating system, and thereby eliminate bacteria growth inside the pipes to ensure clean water and better sanitation, as well as protect metal parts in the system from oxidization to ensure a much longer service life.
The pert tubing with oxygen barrier is more flexible and easier to install than other piping materials in radiant heating and hydromic heating systems.
There are several different speed models for your option, the maximum speed is up to 50m/min!

EVOH PIPE MACHINE DESIGN FEATURES:
1) Special designed 5 layer co-extrusion die head, to extrude each layer evenly and compond firmly; EVOH extruder screw is special designed as per EVOH ram material features. 5 number of extruders are equipped for production stability. And each layer can be controlled separately.
2)die head is made of high quality mould steel 40Cr, processed by imported CNC machinery. The tipe and die mould surface are chrome-painted, to reduce friction force, increase its hardness and longer its service life, also easy to clean.
3)Vacuum tank & Cooling tank
made by high quality SS304; automatic vacuum control system is equipped as an option, to ensure stable running of the line at high speed.
Vacuum degree will be automatically adjusted by data setting on PLC system.
