5 Layer EVOH Oxygen Barrier Capillary Pipe Production Line
Below pipe extrusion machine is used to produce 5 layer PERT pipes with EVOH oxygen barrier layer in the middle. Comparred with 3 layer structure, five layer design ensure that EVOH oxygen barrier is protected and remains intact, safeguarding your radiant heating system.
Oxygen barrier tubing effetively prevents diffusion of oxygen molecules into the water through walls of the pip. This feature prevents corrosion of cast iron components in the system (circulator pumps, air purgers, fill valves, boiler heating elements etc) and allows using it in hot water hydronic heating applications, including baseboard/radiator heating, fan coils, radiant floor heating and snow melting applications.
compared with 3 layer structre, 5 layer structure with oxygen barrier layer in the middle can be well protected during transportation or installation process.
